General floor placement with full access to all shared vendor amenities.
Premium Row
Center-floor tables with high visibility and early load-in access.
VIP
Prime corner tables with maximum foot traffic and dedicated signage.
Vendor Rules
Setup & Breakdown
All vendors must be fully set up before public doors open. Breakdown may not begin before the official close time. Early breakdown is subject to a $50 fee.
Table Footprint
Displays, signage, and merchandise must remain within your assigned table area. Encroaching on neighboring vendors or aisles is not permitted.
Prohibited Items
Counterfeit cards, altered cards, and unlicensed reproductions are strictly prohibited. Trade Deck Media reserves the right to inspect inventory and remove any prohibited items.
Conduct
All vendors are expected to treat fellow vendors, staff, and attendees with respect. Harassment of any kind will result in immediate removal without refund.
Badges
Vendor badges must be worn and visible at all times. Lost badges may be replaced at the registration desk for a $10 fee.
